I've been trying to find someone that can give or sell me a small portion of yeast. Is it not possible to buy the small yeast packs that the home brew web sites around the world sell ? - I haven't found anywhere in SA that sells yeasts - Where do wine farms buy yeast from ?

Greetings Winemakers! In 2006 I planted 650 vines (chardonnary, pinotage, merlot) in the mountains of the Eastern Cape. This second year I trained the vines along the cordon wires and now look for my first harvest in January 2009...one year. I am trying to decide the size of equipment that I will need to accommodate the volume of juice/must that I might get from this vineyard. QUESTION: What volume of juice/must comes from a single mature vine trained on single cordon trellis at 1.2m vine spacing in the row? Thanks for any help!

Does anyone have references or links to actual legislation ? Or what the implications are in layman's terms ?
